Hi Experts, Generally what we are doing in Support projects while helping the clients?

At the time of supporting any client what are the works to do as a Technical consultant? Please reply me Experts, i'm new to a supporting project and i've got a job just now..

    Hi Priya,

    In support project we need to do 2 kind of work : Incident resolution and Change request.

    In incident resolution : client generate incident if they have any defect or problem in current objects . they want to fix the issue in existing object.

    Change request : New requirements met in this section. client generally wants new development in change request section .

    For technical consultant, you need to resolve issue in coding, update technical specs, Add new UAT etc.
