Web Site Error

Hi Experts,

I got the following error message " Create software instance [Web Server] to virtual unit [ACME_Website]:postmethod : Failed to run method 'postinstall' in 'C:\SAP\BCM\Install\7.0.6.0\Web Server\method' : Method returned an error : Exit code=1=0x1" while applying coonfigs to ACME_Website VU.

However, there is a record for ACME_Website in ACME Database:

and there is a record for ACME_Website in IIS application pool but there is no WEBSITE created:

Any idea why ACME_Website has a record in Database and in IIS application pool BUT there is no WEBSITE created under IIS Sites???
