Biller Direct settings for Dispute Management

Hi Mark,

Do you know if the Biller Direct application could be configured to include the ability for the user to create multiple invoices within a single dispute?  (Out-of-the-box Biller Direct does not appear to have this functionality.)

I have worked on Different Biller Direct implementations like Roll Out, Standard mode and Upgrade one with ECC.

Yes, the Standard Out of Box Functionality of the Biller Direct provides only the 1:1 relation with Invoice and Dispute Case creation.  It should be required to create enhancement to achieve the multiple invoices to create one Dispute case with a single reason code.

to confirm - Biller Direct will call the back end and consume the functionality available there.

Therefore a dispute can contain a single invoice, or many invoices - however it will depend on how the customer enters the data.
