Field Overflow Error in CK40N

Hi,

I am getting following errors while running CK40N :

1. Field overflow: lot size 10,300,000.000 for material 400539/plant 1001 too large : CK823

2. Material 501656, plant 1001 : Field overflow in cost component split : CKBK010

3. No structure could be determined for Activity Type : CK694 (Information MSG)

Pls advice as the issue is urgent.

    Varsha,

    let me reply to your question the order you asked

    1-Field Overflow occurrences larger lot size reduce the lot size lot size preferably to 1000s. it is standard in sap to have lower lot size in general.

    2- Again the 1st error is need to be corrected as the quantity and value should not exceed 999,999,999.

    3-Goto KL02 -Enter your actvity type and Mark the the average price check box inside the Allocation default values tab.

    .Check the activity type settings for price.

    - If it is '3' the price should be set manually through KP26.

    - If it is '1' the price should be calculated automatically through KPSI Plan price calculation.
