Hello,
I have been asked to look into adding the delete_unregistered_candiate iView and Page to the workset within our E-Recruiting Administrator area. I have been able to find the objects and copy them to the appropriate section in the Content Administration > Portal Content. When testing I do not see the link appear in the workset section I copied it too. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing in terms of configuration? I'm guessing I need to create a resource and tie it to the service? but I'm not sure what they are. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
Regards,
Garrett Meredith
Update:
I was in the portal checking the workset and saw the Delete Unverified Candidate link this time. I hadn't changed anything, so I'm not sure why it's behaving differently from last Friday. I guess I had done everything correct and the portal took some time to pick up my configuration.
It's all working now.
Regards,
Garrett Meredith

Hi Garrett,
Please check the below points first.
1. Please do check that you are using the exact Role and workset.
2. Copy the iview from standard source object package(Content Provided by SAP).
3. Test your iview using Preview option.
4. At last, still you are not satisfied, check your authorization(SU53).
Let me know further.
With Regards,
Ram.

Hi Ram,
Thank you for your response. Here is what I've done.
I've assigned the role com.sap.pct.erp.erecadmin.15.administration to the user in the portal under User administration. This user has the RCF_ADMINSTRATOR backend role already.
As for the workset, I have copied the Page and iView from Content Provided by SAP > specialist > Recruiting Administrator > ERP 6.0 EHP5 to our own E-Recruiting Administrator tree. Once there I changed the ID of the iView to our own and added it to the page. I then added the page to the workset under our custom User Management section.
If I preview the iView, the following appears, so I'm guessing this is right so far.
As for checking my authorizations in SU53, how can I do that through the portal?
Regards,
Garrett Meredith
