Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to change the user in HRP5131. I have changed user id on a PERNR in infotype 105.

It doesnot change the user in HRP5131 and I am not able to view requisitions there.

Dear Bharat,

It would be helpful to have a meaningfull header instead of 'Support Team' (hint for further requests).

Please check note 1554452 to be applied to your EREC system - I asume EREC to be installed on a different system than HCM.

You may have been able to find the note by yourself by seaching for '5131 user change'.

It seems to resolve my issue. We will ask Basis to implement the note and let you know the result next week.

Hello Bharat,

please be very careful here!

Originally SAP did not support the user change for the candidate. The note mentioned by Michael together with 1527715 is still only a part fix to this problem. If you change the user for an employee and transfer this to SAP e-recruiting you can still create hundreds or even thousands of data inconsistencies e.g. if the employee is a recruiter. Completed activities, questionnaires or entires in the e-recruiting cluster table e.g. for the status change history are not updated. Whenever they are read the system will not be able to determine name information for the user and write tons of log entries.

So if you really have the requirement to change the user for an employee you have to add customer cleanup reports are get into contact with SAP that they add the missingfunctions.
