Hello Burak,

Why do you want to attach an F4 (Possible Values) to a button.

Are you sure you don't mean F1 (Information)?

F4 help is used to provide possible  values to the user in the selection screen fields,iam not sure it is possible in GUI button.

Hello Burak,

I guess you are talking about the tool tip option of the GUI button, where we get a short description when we place a cursor on any button or icon.

If means goto the GUI status of the screen by following path System -> Status -> GUI status.

Either double click on the GUI status or goto SE41 and edit the GUI status.

Once you are inside the GUI status, double click on the GUI button and in the popup of Function attributes provide your 'help Text' in Icon text and Info text.
