Nested IF in Dashboards

Hi,

I am trying to achieve a solution with 27 Nested IF statements. It seems the dashboard does not support it although Excel 2007 & Excel 2010 supports upto 64 Nested IFs.

Any suggestion if I can use these many Nested Loop in Dashboards or to achieve this should I move it to Design Studio Instead.. not sure if that will support..

Please share your suggestions on this.

Hi Krishanu

If you elaborate on the requirement we can try to suggest alternate ways to get it done.

One suggestion is to - break it down in multiple cells - Like

Say cell B1 = =IF(A1=1, "A", IF(A1=2,, "B",,ELSE "X") upto what Xcelsius supports

And then use the output of B1 and use in another cell C1 > C1 = If(B1="X" ,If (A1=3,"C"..) etc.

Not sure if I make this clear. Let me know if you have further question.
