    Greetings Shashi,

Is your requirement to only allow status SS REL to be set, when status US FIAP is active?

You can achieve this in OIBS by making FIAP a numbered status and setting the business transaction control for all stati except FIAP to "Forbidden" for transaction "Release" (including an initial numbered status for the Order.)

Alternatively, you can develop a check with user exit IWO10002

For the other requirement, I think that the same way you may use the business transaction control to prevent Operation confirmation based on an operation status. But for the Order Technical Completion restriction, you may need to develop (perhaps see user exit IWO10004)

Create user status at Header level & make the option "Release" as forbidden for other statuses. Make "Release" as no influence for FIAP status.

Create one more user status at operation level & make "Complete", "Confirm Order" & Partially confirm operation" as Forbidden for required statuses & make "no influence" for required status.
