Java (Jvm) is prerequisite for SAP BI 4 ?

i have one question..

is the Java (Jvm) a prerequisite for SAP BI 4 installation or it is installed when installing

On a server side - all required Java is installed with the product.
On a client side, if you want to use Java viewers in your browser - you'll need to install supported version of JVM yourself.
BI4 client tools intall JVM they need for operation.
