Hello Everyone
I have a question regarding confirming the sales contract via fax.
The sales contract has to be communicated to the BP via fax from CRM online, when the user status on the contract is changed to "Communicate with the BP" the status change will trigger an action to Fax the sales contract to that BP.
Normally the standard fax number is maintained in the BP master data, Now my question is can we maintain a fax number within a contract? (as the requirement is that the fax numbers are not standard for a BP they keep changing) therefore the sales reps should be able to maintain the fax numbers in the contract, so he/she can send the sales contract to whatever fax# they want and another question is can we maintain multiple fax # for this requirement?
