cache and adapter engine issue

Dear All,

I am facing an issue that cache status and adapter engine status not updating in SXI_CACHE tcode in 000 client.

In 001 client cache status showing up to date Can anybody help me regarding this.

While doing below installations

1) installed Net Weaver 7.3 EHP1 version.

2) Kernel updation .

I have not done Support packs updation.
