Issue with Fiscal Year in Controlling Area

Hi,

We are facing an issue with Fiscal Year in Controlling Area (Tcode OKKP).

We implement new Company code with new Controlling Area (1001)...in which we maintain the Fiscal Year 2013 to 9999...

All thing are going right but during Asset Balance upload, we need to run Tcode OASV... If we maintain the Posting date: 31.03.2013.

If we maintain the Posting date: 31.03.2013, system showing an error message - Control indicators for controlling area XXXX do not exist.

Note: We can't create New Controlling Area, because we process other scenarios....

Please guide, how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

In the Transaction code OKKP, there is a control tab in which you can activate the COMPONENTS & CONTROL INDICATORS.

Please maintain all the INDICATORS and assign this to the COMPANY CODE.

Try this it may work.

I just want to change the Fiscal Year change from 2013 to 2012...

I dont think you can alter it directly as far as i know....

try to create for fiscal year from 2012 to 2013...so that it can become from 2012 to 9999

Try and revert back.

Last one,

Check the 0KE5 (Zero) for Fiscal year maintenance of Controlling area - PCA.

If not maintained, maintain it and try.

If i create again in Same Controlling area from FY 2000 to 2012.... then Is there any issue with Standard SAP....SAP Recommend this....

Check in OKEQ whether the fiscal year 2013 maintained for verison 0 9zero) or not in your controlling area.

If not, select the version 0 and click in "Settings for each fiscal year" on the left side window and maintain.

After click on "Settings for each fiscal year", right side showing the values ....from year 2013.

After this i maintain the Year 2012...

How it can work for Asset process....because i have the issue with Fiscal Year in Controlling Area.

and after it, not change in Controlling Area...
