Fiori Home page logon error: Logon with URL parameter not possible; logon cookie is missing

Hi Expert,

I wonder if some one got the error: "Logon with URL parameter not possible; logon cookie is missing" as I do?  I've searched the notes at service market, although the note " 1617090 - ICF system logon: Logon fails, logon cookie" provide a solution that deeactivate Login XSRF Protection of the launchpage service. but, if XSRF protection is deactived, there would be another issue that the page require enter the username and password again and again. this is really annoying.

In our case we had an illegal character in the domain name which was an _

So for example this is illegal:

server.service_sap.com

But this is legal:

server.service-sap.com

Once we fixed that it works just fine

Did you ever find an answer to this? Our Fiori/Netweaver Gateway system has the same issue only with Microsoft IE, but Firefox and Chrome work just fine.

I would rather leave XSRF protection enabled as it's there to prevent hacks.
