Hi,
I have listed you some chart usage.
Line Chart:-
A line chart is used to display information as a series of data points called 'markers' connected by straight line segments. Line Charts show how a particular data changes at equal intervals of time.
Pie Chart :-
A pie chart is divided into sectors, illustrating numerical proportion. Here we can view the data percentage wise based on the sectors.
Area Chart:-
Area chart displays graphically quantitative data. It is based on the line chart. The area between axis and line are commonly emphasized with colors & textures. Commonly one compares with an area chart two or more quantities.
Scatter Chart:-
The data is displayed as a collection of points, each having the value of one variable determining the position on the horizontal axis and the value of the other variable determining the position on the vertical axis.
Bubble Chart:-
Its used to display three dimensional data. where its similar to scatter chart, apart from x,y axis value this chart can also show the increasing values.
Waterfall chart:-
Its used for understanding how an initial value is affected by a series of intermediate positive or negative values. Usually the initial and the final values are represented by whole columns, while the intermediate values are denoted by floating columns.
Sparkline Chart:-
Its used to display list of values without axis, where its mainly used identify the high& low of the profit.
