    Hi,

check SAPNET notes 548947 and/or (depending on your SAP Release) 1842417 if they are implemented. Both notes make the message FR257 more specific to guide you how the account assignment problem can be identified.

Remove the 'Currency' for the G/L in Tcode OB09,and then try Revaluation.

    Thanks,

The account determination which is appearing in the screen shot is relevant for non open item managed gl accounts. Bur your requirement is to revaluate open items, so transaction key KDF is relevant for this.

Here you need to assign realized forex gl accounts and un realized accounts and balance sheet adjustment account. While maintaing the determination dont maintain it for any currency, if it is like that the determination is currency specific. So, currency field should be blank to trigger this determination for all currencies.
