Error in Change sales order of fiori app

Hello experts,

When i am changing the Sales order in fiori app,

After pressing the change address one popup is coming but that is empty. pl verify below screen shot

Even after pressing next nothing is happening.

and cant we change the order quantity in change SO app..?

and cant we add other items in change SO app..?

if yes pl provide the process.

please help me here.

can you please remind me of the exact name or entry point of the application (like package name / application name to filter in transaction SICF)?

Hi jasim gruschke,

actually i didnt understand what u asked. As i understood i am giving reply.

In SICF hierarchy type = SERVICE-->F8 -->default host--> sap--> bc--> ui5-ui5--> sap--> ui5_sd_so_man.

ui5_sd_so_man this service is in active.

if some thing apart from this u want from my side tell me.

sorry for the late reply.
Unfortunately I cannot find such a service in my systems. Can you tell me which package the service belongs to?
You can find that information in SICF: Go to the service (as done above), do a right-click and select "Object Directory Entry" from the context menu. You should see a popup as the one below with package information:

Me too sorry for late reply.

I try to search for that package. But i didnt found.

Even check in  the SE80 that is showing that package not found.

In my SICF -> there are many services.

When i select SAP then i check in object directory entry it is showing that.

So guide me some ways to reach the goal.

can you check in transaction SICF the corresponding information for
default_host sap > bc > ui5_ui5 > sap > ui5_sd_so_man? So instead of the information provided above for default_host > sap (as done above)?

You see above in your screenshot the package SHTTP, there should be a package assigned to the service ui5_sd_so_man.

now trying to answer your original question :-).

For the lacking information in the FIORI app, you may want to contact the mobile colleagues (see our other discussion) via SCN, I'm not a FIORI expert but I know there are dedicated configurations needed - might be the case for your issue as well - the mobile experts will certainly know this.

Alternatively you may consult via CSS with component MOB-UIA-SD-TSO.

If you're an experienced Browser debugger, you can also use the Developer Tools in Google Chrome (start via shortcut F12).
