Report issue send on mail.

Dear Experts,

Our ABAP programer customized few reports and its schedule using sm36 to send via mail to users.

Report having 6-7 columns but when it is open by user on mail shows only 4 column, this is only in case of customized reports SAP default reports like IW39 showing all the columns.

what could be the reason, Kindly help.
