PBNI Wizard for Visual Studio 2010 and 2013?

Using PB15 beta, I saw in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sybase\PowerBuilder 15.0\SDK\PBNI\Wizards that there is still no wizard specifically targetted at Visual Studio 2010 and 2013.

If PBNI is still alive, I think those wizards should be made available by SAP to show that PB15 is inline with the market.

In Sybase era, we were (unfortunately) used to semi-developped and/or unachieved functionnalities and/or deprecations, and I have hope that SAP has a more serious approach.
