Hello experts !
To meet the legal requirement of the french administration I have to generate the FEC (Fichier des Ecritures Comptables) with the DART (data retention tool).
But what happen in the case of a foreign company which has a french subsidiary; the operational chart of account of the foreign company is not french. This operational chart of account is used in the FEC created by FTW1A / FTWH (with the view 2FR_FI01).
Some french alternative accounts are maintained for each foreign operational COA.
The question is how can I can the french alternative accounts displayed in the FEC ?
Thank you for your input
Hello,
Did you implement the latest version of notes 1906078 and 1923322 ?
In note 1951943 (FAQ for France FEC 2014), it is indicated that version 26 of note 1906078 implemented a solution to your problem.

Did you try to raise an OSS message for your problem ? Note 1951943 makes it quite clear that this should work out of the box.
Workaround would be to duplicate the view 2FR_FI01 (using FTWY) and make some changes to get the alternative account from GL master data segment:
1. Add segment TXW_GLACC to your view.
2. Join on TXW_FI_POS-HKONT = TXW_GLACC-SAKNR and on TXW_FI_HD-BUKRS = TXW_GLACC-BUKRS
3. Replace view field GACC_NUM (position 5) by TXW_GLACC-ALTKT.
It should work but :
- hit performance if you have big data volumes.
- if no alternative account is keyed-in for one entry in SKB1, the field will be blank and your file will not be compliant anymore.
Still, best way is to solve the problem would be to raise an OSS message.
Regards
