Long running spool process

Hi,

I could see a long running spool work process in sm66. Due to this other users are not able to print anything on this printer. Please let me know how shall i cancel this, is it ok if i cancel the workprocess from sm50 or is there anyway to cancel this from spad?

Hi Harish,

In SP01 check how many pages are to be printed under this spool request.

Based on that you may check with user and cancel the printing job. It may free up the process for others to print.
