Issue with Image field in adobe form

Hello Experts,

I have adobe form created which has two pages + 1 master page. I have header and footer image field created on master page. Images are populated at run time using graphics. Images are getting displayed correctly in page 1 but not getting displayed on page two. I do have some footer text on master page which is getting printed correctly on each page. Only issue is with images. need help.

Please check where did you place images.Did you place inside the content area of master page.

If so please move it ouside the content area,then it will appear on all the overflowing pages.
