Fiori - Approve PO app does not display the amount of POs to be approved in the tile

Hi all,

We have successfully implemented the Approve PO app, the only issue we are having is that the quantity of POs to be approved is not correctly display on the tile in the launchpad. Please see the screenshot of what we are seeing. It displays ??? instead of the number of POs to be processed.

Hi Fernando,

Please check the service URL in the tile definition.

You can test the service URL in /iwfnd/gw_client transaction and find error details.

Hi Masa,

The issue was that the link the tile was pointing was returning status_code 404. The ScenarioCollection for the TaskProcessing service was missing. Note 1850312 fixed the problem.

Hi Fernando,

I think support package for  IW_PGW is old in your system. SP05 is the latest one.

The note 1850312 is a part of 1866093 - Patches for the Gateway SPS06 required for FIORI which is the mandatory notes.

Hi Masa,

Thanks for your message. We had several issues, in this implementation, related to minimum system requirements and mandatory notes and patch levels. Where can I get a list of the minimum system requirements, patch levels and mandatory notes for Fiori? I would like to send them to the basis team working on this installation so they can double check. It is not the only issue we had related to missing notes and system levels.
