Data Migration from 4.6C to OracleDB

Hello All,

We are in preliminary stage of moving data from 4.6 to oracle.

I would like to get some idea on the process and sequence of operations to perform this task.

This is in the HR function area. l need insights on the Tables, Infortypes (Custom & Hr Etc).

Tool like Data Services, Winshuttle or any mechanism of using BAPI/RFC/iDOC in this process works better ?
