Changing the Sequence of elements of the Screen in CO11 screen

Hello All,

We are using CO11 for Confirmation.

We have ceratin series of Screen Element in CO11 Screen.

The Requirment is such that we want to change the Sequence of some Elements. And to make it more complicate it should be only to the user of that particular plant.

I was under impression that we can use Screen Variant for doing that but I am not able to do that with Screen Variants.

Is there any other way I can achieve this.
