In BI4.1 Webi Query Panel, BW hierarchy object not display "Member", Levels, Prompts window

Dear Experts,

On BI4.1 Webi Query Panel, I have dragged BW Hierarchy object in the result Panel and after clicked the drop arrow button to select Levels of hierarchy, but its shows below window:

But it should display like Members, Levels and Prompt Tab, so anything need to change either BO or BW side. Please help.

Hi Karuppiah ,

Do you have any mondatory prompts in webi report ? For a try ,assign some values to your mandatory prompts and check.

Hi All,

I got it why BO Webi doesn't display "Members", "Levels" and "Prompts" window since my BW hierarchy object avaiable in prompt as well. So due to that in BO Webi it won't display that window.

I assume your underlying BEx query contains either a hierarchy variable or a hierarchy node variable?

Hi,

Can you post a screen shot of the hierarchy you selected?. Is it working fine in BEx analyzer ?. Also check the name of the hierarchy from BEx query.

Yes in BEx analyzer its working fine, but in BO Webi, the Hierarchy window doesn't come as expected to select Levels of hierarchy.

What name to be present in BEx query? we have used selection variable to select hierarchy.
