/SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND Buttons not working

We have got the email going out to approvers using the standard SAP program /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND

The problem we are having is that the, Approve and Reject buttons do not work. They do not send back the approval/rejection email.

We are using google mail but I am not sure if the problem is caused because we are using google and not Microsoft outlook.

Our inbound process is configured and working properly so that is not the problem.

Please let me know if you have come across similar issue and how it was resolved.

Hi Raj,

I not sure, if SAP supports webmail.

Try to use a links instead of buttons. Or reimplement email compilation via BADI BBP_OFFLINE_APP_BADI

Also, as mentioned above, when running the report /SAPSRM/OFFLINEAPPROVALSEND, please select the option 'Links' and not 'Buttons' in the section 'Decision Forms'.

It gives you solution to use hyper-link instead of button.
