Sending a report to an inbox

We have the following work flow:

1. User will run a saved report and input new variable at the prompt
2. Print the report
3. Send the report to another user's inbox
4. Close the report

The report that is sent to the inbox is the original report (without the new input variable). How does the user send the most recent report?
