Opening a dialog box from leave request application

Hi,

I have a problem creating a dialog box that shall appear when a specific absence type is selected in the leave request form(WDA).

This thread didn't help so far and I didn't find any other ones.

The component configuration HRESS_CC_PTARQ_LEAVREQ_1 of FPM_OVP_COMPONENT was enhanced with an additional dialog box.

In the feeder class CL_HRESS_PTARQ_LEAVREQ_GUIBBF I created a post exit method for IF_FPM_GUIBB_FORM~PROCESS_EVENT with the following coding:

data: ls_dialog_props type fpm_s_dialog_box_properties,

lo_fpm type ref to if_fpm,

lo_event_data type ref to if_fpm_parameter.

if io_event->mv_event_id = 'LRF_TYPE_OF_LEAVE_SET'.

lo_fpm = cl_fpm_factory=>get_instance( ).

lo_fpm->open_dialog_box(

iv_dialog_box_id = 'DIALOG_SCREEN_FREIZEIT_BT_52F8A881E3613958E100000002886603'

is_dialog_box_properties = ls_dialog_props

io_event_data = lo_event_data

).

endif.

No matter which UIBB I select for the dialog box, I always get the error "View Is Already Displayed in Window FPM_DIALOG_WINDOW of Component FPM_DIALOG_COMPONENT". I tried at least 5 components which have nothing to do with the leave request or any related topics as I've seen hints that this error might occur when trying to open a UIBB in the dialog box which is already used and opened in the application.

Also, I can't select any custom components for the dialog box UIBB. Which requirements must a component fulfill in order to be selectable for the dialog box UIBB?

System Info:

Thanks!

Martin
