Hello Experts,
When creating a MA with no integration, in the tab TERMS we have fields to indicate the rebate data (Volume and amount of rebate)
In Integrated MA these fields are hiden or it´s just not possible to have them in integrated MA?
Thank you,
Eugénio
Hi Eugenio, this can be done ...
In order to add one or more price conditions or rebate conditions at the header level (in terms tab)
1. Choose the "Document" button, then choose "Setup".
2. On the "Pricing Model" tab, choose the "Add Price Condition" button.
3. In the window that opens, choose one or more price conditions/rebate condition that apply to 'BOTH' header and item level, then choose the "OK" button
4. Go back to the terms tab and you should see the condition under the rebates section..

Thank you for your answer Prasad.
Adding the price conditions in document>setup, allows us to include those conditions in MA, but what I wanted to know exactly was if it is possible to have the fields in integrated MA like non integrated MA Terms Tab(Rebates- Type:Amount,Percent;Volume Threshold;Amount:EUR,%), or in case the MA is integrated we´re only able to include rebate conditions?
Eugénio
Prasad,
I need en extra help about this issue:
1. When you refer in point 4. "Go back to the terms tab and you should see the condition under the rebates section". In integrated MA there´s no rebate section, just Price conditions section, do you confirm this?
Is it possible in integrated RFx and integrated MA, in WISIWYG add Field Extensions to both documents, with the rebate fields (Rebates- Type:Amount,Percent;Volume Threshold;Amount:EUR,%).

Hi Eugenio,
Can you please explain why you would like to do that. Even if you were to add these fields, you will not be able to use them in ERP (with the standard interfaces) . Since you are choosing an Integrated Document type when you started creating the Master agreement, the fileds that you see will be limited to the ones that are important in order to successfully create an Outline Agreeement in ERP.
Having said that.. not knowing your business process... have you thought of using Master agreeement to capture your rebates and perhaps a subagreement that is of ERP integrated type ?? would you think that may serve the business need ??
Prasad
Prasad,
In therms of businnes process we need to have rebate fields in integrated RFx (Rebates-Type:Amount,Percent;Volume Threshold;Amount:EUR,%), so we can compare in reports the rebates given by suplliers.
Then we would like to do an integrated MA from that RFx, and take that information.
And after, if possible, take that information to ERP throw MA integration, but once ERP MA doesn´t have those fields, at least the rebates information would be stored in SAP Sourcing, both in RFX and MA.

Hi Eugenio,
We can make them active in the Page Customization by creating the MA table columns for Rebate .
Can you check if those fields are active in the Page Customization.

Priya
