Operation Master

We are working in a Project, where the client wants

1. To put the operation in the inspection plan and that automatically the master characteristics are created, for my understanding is kind of a master operation, in the master operation you defined the characteristics you want to copy, do you know a standard or not standard way to do it

2. Also they want to create the inspection points automatically for example when they create the fabrication order

Any suggestion is welcome

Try to explore the option of  using reference operation sets........

2. Also they want to create the inspection points automatically for example when they create the fabrication order

for this you need to make settings in the routing/master recipe header for inspection points and relevant settings in operation details. Once you do this system automatically create inspection points for inspection lot when you create and release production order or process order..

Try to explore the option of  using reference operation sets........

I tried the reference operation and worked perfectly, now i have a master operation with an inspection plan standard

The blog post was very useful, but for the moment, we are thinking of using a  BAPI

->QAPP_CUST_IP_CREATE or  maybe a MF inside customizing of inspection point ? can you give some information, an important situation is that even the automatic creation of the inspection point, they will need to have the option to create inspection point manual, is more like adding more inspection points even if they already have it from the automatic creation, is more like they produce 10 quantity of product but finally they have 11, well the 11th point of inspection should be added manually
