Academic Work/PI per program of study

Hello all,

I have the following business scenario.

The student is registered to more than one program of study.

In the academic work (PIQ_ST_ACAD_WORK_OV and in the student info center he should see the academic information per program of study.

Also, we have created Performance indices for the GPA per program of study.

The result is that we see all the academic information for the program of studies and one line per Performance Index.

Is there a way to choose the program of study and see the related information only?

E.g. SC A and see the academic work and PI of SC A or SC B and see the academic work and PI of SC B.

Hi Katreina,

Academic work overview for a particular student can be chosen based on Programs. Select the required program and select the category. It should display the academic work of the selected program only.\

Hi Sandeep,

in the self-service academic overview PIQ_ST_ACAD_WORK_OV there is no initial screen to enter the program. It derives the student and provides academic information for all his programs of study.

   You can use filter option available in Academic Work ALV grid. Filter it by program usages and hit update Performance Index. It will calculate PI for that program.

In USA, Student register class/module against/context program type. We are created view's(Undergraduate, Graduate etc.) to handle our requirement.

Katharina and Prabhat; you are both correct

• The current webdynpro self-service PIQ_ST_ACAD_WORK_OV does not have a selection option
• The Academic Work overview in the back-end does have standard selection options

For the self-service extra selection options I would suggest to copy the self-service and add it in a custom version.
