Problem with BCM HAC Service

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem with the BCM HAC Service. The problem is whenever I change the mode in IA from Deployment to Monitoring, the BCM HAC service stops functioning. The start up type of the service is automatic but still the service does not start on its own. The service asks me to enter the Logon password and only then it allows me to start the service.

Please help.
