    Dear Tarun,

User Transaction code S_AHR_61016528 or program RHSTRU00.

Provide the Org Unit as the root org unit.

    Plan version as 01

Evaluation Path as O-O-S-P (or other as required)

Reporting period as Today (or other as required)

    Execute the report.

Press Print button and see available print options.

You can also place the cursor on whole record line and press Graphic button (or F8) to see the graphical view.

You can also use below program to download the structure in XLS/Word

    RHNAVIG0 - Tcode - S_AHR_61016529

No any standard report in OM gives satisfactory output (This is my opinion - may be wrong!) You may want to customize the report as per client's need.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Mihir.

    Hi Tarun,

You can get it through following path: PPOSE ->Click on Print Icon ->System ->List ->Save ->Local File ->Spreadsheet .Then data will be saved in Excel format, from it you can export in any format.

    Hi Tarun,

Using report RPLICO10, employee listing is possible. This inludes organizational information (org unit can be added). As this report is easier to download, this might be a good starting point to build up your org chart in Excel.

    Regards,
    Stephan
