Using packages in SQL in Plateau report designer (eg:- PKG_SQL) - How to find?

Hi,

While writing SQL in Plateau report designer to design reports for later import into Successfactors, we can use packages like PKG_SQL, PKG_STUDENT etc. See attached pic for an example.

My question is, where I can find a catalog of what packages are available and what functions are in each package? So far , I am unable to locate any documentation that provides package - function details. Even if I know there is a function available, I cannot call it as I have to prefix the package name to it.

How do you know which function belongs to which package, so that you can use it? Any ideas?

Please check this KBA for further information on Packages used in PRD reports. Unfortunately there is no documentation regarding how many packages are available and elaborated documentation on the available functions.

You can also access this page designed for Report Designers. This will give you more information on how to best utilize the PRD.
