Crystal Server Viewer gets error with date in selection formula, works fine in regular crystal reports.

Crystal Server Viewer gets error with date in selection formula, works fine in regualr crystal reports. I have even tried hard coding a date in the formula and still get an error. Depending how i change to string or format i get different errors but it is consistantly not allowing me to use a date in record selection formula. Works fine in Regualr crystal reports as well as .net viewer.

Thanks

    hi Eric,

    what is your current record selection formula? the issue may be related to system defaults in conjunction with your formula.

      As I stated in my original post, any date formula on crystal server does not work.

      I have replicated this even on simple reports uploaded to crystal server, for example:

      {employee.rehire_date}>={?My Parameter}

      a sql date field and the parameter is a date. As I stated It wouls fine on other viewers as well as crystal reports itself. So I know the formula is fine.
