How to call enhacement spot CRM_UIU_BP_ENHANCEMENT for BP save?

HI Experts ,

I have very urgent requirement to check for Duplicate BP .

I am trying to avoid saving of Business partner who have same Name , last name , Country . I got some information that there is Enhancement spot

"CRM_UIU_BP_ENHANCEMENT" which is called on BP save . I want to debug the Code behind enhancement spot but on BP save debugger is not getting stop seems some thing am missing or this enhancement spot is not working .
