ESS Leave Request Application shows Approver name as "Mr. <first name> <last name>"

Hello Experts,

We have done SP upgrade for ESS MSS after which the leave request application now shows approver's name as 'Mr.  FirstName LastName'. Before SP upgrade, it was showing the approver name without 'Mr.'. This has been highlighted as an issue by client.

The application client is using is a standard one and no customizations were applied. Do you have any idea if SAP has changed this?

For your information, we are using EP 7.02 (SAP_ESS release 603/SP13 and SAPPCUI_GP release 603/SP9)

go to pa30 and choose in personal data the naming convention as Mr. in Title column you can get it .
