to choose SAP HR as career further

Hi,

Im shwetha working as IT recruiter since 6 months and im thinking to take up SAP HR module for further career prospect.So can any1 tell me taking up SAP HR will be a gud idea or not.

    Yeah you can go with SAP HR module, if you are interested in that..

    Or 6 month is not very big deal as per domain experience side so if you want you can switch to other module/technology also..

    As per your experience you can choose the HR module..

    If you know little about SAP HR, then you can compare your present work with SAP HR module...

    if you are looking a career in recruitment field, then it will boost your career if you will learn SAP HR

    Im from bangalore, where will i get the SAP HR certified training and how much does the fee cost?

    Hi Shwetha,

    You can go ahead with SAP HCM module... No issues.....

    Lots of local training institutes are there,,,..

    Cost would be between 20k to 30k....

    Duration would be 1 to 2 months....

    Acquire configurations skills & try to get job into sap domain.. (even an end user job will do at this stage....)

    This will give you more idea about SAP HCM....
