Problem with Agentry Test Environment

Hello,

I am using SMP 3.0, and Agentry 6.0.7, when I was trying to open Agentry Test Environment a window opens but its not responding, I am unable to do any work, and some times it opens and ask for username and password, then server name, which server we should use localhost or SMP server or Agentry server?

    this username and password are the credentials used to log into the SAP ERP backend system.

    Chetan,

    You cannot use Agentry 6.x with SMP 3.0. That version is incompatible. You need Agentry 7.x going forward if using SMP 3.0.

    The server name is the connect string to connect to your SMP 3.0 Agentry server. Example:

    https://machine-name:8081/app-name

    • I would double check that the associated MS runtime files were propertly installed as that sometimes causes issues but as Jason mentioned it generally starts fine.

      You should also check the directory where the Test Environment is installed and delete and subdirectories that may exist. This will effectively reset the Test Environment and hopefully help with the startup problem.
