Delete request in master data

Hi,

I was loading data to an info object and load failed. req status is RED in QM monitor, and unable to delete the req from manage screen.

When trying to manually change QM status, it says 'QM action not allowed for DTP requests in master data and Text tables'

USTATE is 5 and TSTATE is 3 in table RSBKREQUEST . Got the BASIS to change the value from 5 to 3 and then again same issue.

NO access to run that FM as well. I believe it does the same of changing the status.

Please let me know the root cause of this and fix..
