Archiving: EMMA_CASE

Hi,

Has anyone implemented archiving object EMMA_CASE.

Initial look up in the system suggests that the only way to read data from the archived EMMA Cases is via standard program REMMA_CASE_ARCHIVE_READ, but find that this is not in a user-friendly readable format. Does it mean, (may be) a custom program to read the archive files and present it in the required format.

If you have got any details/suggestions, appreciate your help.

Have you looked at the archive info structure SAP _EMMA_CASE in SARE?

I have however never worked on archiving object EMMA_CASE.
