SAP Lumira Server?

Hi

I am pretty new to SAP Lumira and trying to get some information about it.

I was wondering about the use of SAP Lumira Server.

Is there any information sheet about Lumira Server?
What do I need it for?

Hope to get some information.

Hi,

To confirm:  “Lumira Server” is not currently 'General Availability' (GA) . This new solution is currently undergoing validation with the help of select customers.

There is no external information yet about possible release dates, nor the licensing model (but for sure it is not covered by Desktop). Also, it is not part of the core BIPlatform, and HANA is mandatory.

It's a UI5 HANA-based XS application that will run 'on-premise', to facilitate Lumira desktop "Publish to Server" workflows (amongst other things!) when visualising live data in "HANA Online" mode.

Think of it as a Lumira-HANA server, similar in user-experience to Lumira Cloud, but not a public/shared infrastructure.

Since Lumira Server is not GA yet there is no information sheet that I know of.
