Hi Bhavana,
Please check with your ABAP consultant. We had a similar issue which was resolved by technical person. Thank you.

Hi Bhavana Shah,
I agree with colleague above. Please check these documents in the BKPF table. If there's date posted, I guess the problem is in the FAGLL03. To do some test, try to run FBL3N or run by FAGLB03.
And please, click on the document and check if the entry date appears.
Please let me know about this questions.

Hello Bhavana,
Execute FAGLL03 in DEV system click on Settings and on Special Fields.
Click on new entries enter table BKPF and field CPUDT save the entry. Execute again FAGLL03

Hi,
Please consider that field CPUDT is in tables BSID and BSIK, but not in BSIS.
Of course, you can use the field CPUDT in the layout for transaction FAGLL03 altough the field is not included in index table BSIS. In this case, you will need to take this from table BKPF.
You should define the field as special fields BKPF-CPUDT
This can be done:
Financial Accounting (New)
General Ledger Accounting (New)
Master Data
G/L Accounts
Line Items
Define Special Fields for Line Item Display
Please try to create special field as explained in note 984305 (984305 - Line item: Definition of special fields (T021S) )as an alternative to have information filled in the list.
Many Thanks in advance,
Siwar
