Unable to access Database <SID> tab in DBACOCKPIT

Hi, I have this error that when I try to access the Database tab in the DBACOCKPIT I get the following error:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Error in &VIEW_ELEMENT_TYPE& "&VIEW_ELEMENT_ID&" of view "&COMPONENT_NAME&.&VIEW_NAME&": Value "&P2&" is not permitted for property &P1& (termination: RABAX_STATE)

I also get this dump:

Runtime Errors	UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
Except.	CX_WDR_ADAPTER_EXCEPTION

I've already applied the sapnote 1882376 - SYB: DBA Cockpit Correction Collection SAP Basis 7.40.  My system is a NW 7.40 running on Solaris/Sybase
