Org Modeler- New Scenario wizard is not working

Hi,

I am working on Org Modeler 4.1 and have an issue in creating New Scenarios.Can anyone Provide some inputs ?

When i tried to create New Scenario, the Road Map is not working . when i click Next after entering the New Scenario(Properties) details ( the Page is not taking me to the Next Step.

I have assigned /NAKISA/OM_COMMON role to Role_ Manager, would be a great help if some one can give some inputs on how to assign/give permissions to users to write back and create what if scenarios in Org Modeler.
