SAp Guys are not able to connect after saprouter renewal

Hi Team,

Two days back we have renewied the saprouter , Everything seems to be run ok but the problem is sap guys are not able connect ...Oss connection is also working ...when we check the niping status is as below ...Please suggest where can be a problem,
