WBS not showing the right format

User has deleted WBS by mistake, since it was not allowing to recreate the WBS as they have booked hours in CATS..now they recreated WBS, it gives the different format of wbs say ...<< >>,,seems its the object number of the previous deleted wbs.....how to get back the WBS there.is it possible?
