Tuning for a Large LCM BIAR job

I am attempting to create a large LCM BIAR job but the job fails towards the end of final creation.

The total job creation time is around 20min and when I go to promote the job, it says failure. I re-executed my workflow this time watching the system resources and the only CPU intensive process was Tomcat 7 averaging around 15-20% CPU and Tomcat memory going to 2.2gb out of 3gb allocated. The LCM APS was around 300MB.

System has 8core xeon with 30GB on a SAP standard Large APS (9) split with LCM being in its own APS @ 750MB.

Any suggestions?

If I can get this job to create successfully then eventually I would like to schedule it daily at night during off-peak system hours.
