I am having some issue in the sequence of the Correspondence in the Correspondence tab in the worklist.
Whenever I add any correspondence in Collection Management>Integration with AR>Receivable Processing>Define Additional Functions, it get automatically arranged in Ascending Order and that is the sequence it is showing in my Dev environment. I transported the same to my Test Environment and the above path for all the correspondence are showing in Ascending order in Test env too.
However, when I go to the Correspondence Tab in the worklist in my test environment, they are showing in Descending order which is pretty strange. I checked my GUI and which is common for all clients. Is there any specific setting at client level which decides how the dropdown sequence is seen?
